I’ve had a couple of you asking what shake I’m drinking on my stories so I figured it’d share the recipe of here! 

This is what me and James drink every single morning. It’s fairly simple, and is so yummy and filling. Not to mentioned filled with lots of vitamins, fiber, and other goodies to support a healthy body. This is the shake mix we use, but anything will work. Or you can even make the shake with out any mix at all!

Meal Replacement Shake

This delicious chocolatey meal replacement shake is perfect in the morning to give your body all your vitamins, fiber and to fuel your body for the day!
Servings: 1


  • Blender


  • 1 Banana
  • 1 tsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 scoop Meal Replacement Powder or Protein
  • 1/2 cup Raw Oats
  • 4 oz Water
  • 4 oz Oat Milk
  • Ice


  • Add all ingredients into blender and blend thoroughly
