Thankful Thursdays
If y’all follow me on instagram than you saw my top things that I’m thankful for this Thursday. Now, originally, I was going to call this “Thank Goodness for This: Thursday” but, I’m decided to simplify it down to just “Thankful Thursdays”. This will be my opportunity to mention things I’m loving lately as well as what I’m thankful for. I will mention some physical things as well as a non tangible that I’m thankful for because I have at ton!
Shop Mario Badescu Seaweed Night Cream
I believe the first thing I talked about was the Mario Badescu Seaweed Night Cream. Now I’ve been using this for about a year now paired with the Kiehls creamy eye treatment with Avocado. These are two of the things that I am thankful for this week (well more like a year). I have such dry skin that if I don’t stick to my moisturizing regime, I start to get patchy immediately which is not cute. Even if I’m so tired I can barely walk to the bed, I always force myself to do these two things.
Shop Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment
Now, my skin is dry which is why I LOVE the thickness of these products. I’m not sure how they would do with someone who has oily skin. I could see them potentially causing some breakouts.
Shop the Fresh Sugar Lip Polish
I also mentioned the Fresh Sugar Lip Polish which always leaves my lips feelings new and moisturized (sensing a theme here?). This is my second jar of the scrub and it’s great! I have made some lip scrubs at home before but just can’t seem to get the same results. I normally pair this scrub up with a lip mask.
Shop Invisibobble Traceless Hair Rings
Here are the Invisibobble Traceless Hair Ring. I believe I bought mine at Sephora but I’m found the same ones at Ulta for even cheaper. My hair is definteily on the thinner side so I needed some help with limp pony tails. I know you can add clips underneath them to add volume but I rarely have time for that. I needed something I could just throw in my hair and go. These hair rings are perfect because they are gentle on my hair, and they add a good amount of volume.
The last physical item that I am thankful for this week is the Cinnamon Amarreto Cookie by Haven Street Candles. I bought this at Ross yesterday and have scoured the internet to find it online but have had no success. I’ve chosen another smell that I feel like would be just as amazing and I might just have to purchase. My favorite part about the candle (other than the amazing scent of course) if the wick! It’s so thick that it burns for so long with out running through too quickly or burning out. I’m going to get some other flavors and keep you posted!
Although, I do love all the items listed above, I have so much more that I am thankful for. If I had to pick one thing this week, it would have to be my amazing and incredible husband. He works so hard so provide the amazing life we have and still comes home with a smile on his face ready to hear about everyone’s day.
What are you all thankful for this week?
