Apple Cider Vinegar


I am not a health guru nor do I claim to be BUT I do want to keep my body as healthy as possible and really try and focus on what I am putting into it. I have always heard that drinking apple cider vinegar, AKA ACV, in the mornings (or at night) has incredible health benefits so I did some research of my own and gave it a try! 


After doing some research on good ol’ Google, I have learned there are SO many incredible benefits of drinking ACV!

  1. It will help your body maintain a healthy pH level.

Our bodies are constantly trying to balance our acidity levels. When we have too much acidity, our entry levels lower and we can become tired and more susceptible to getting sick! I don’t know about all you other mama’s out there, but kids cary so many germs and I can’t take care of my little one as well if I’m feeling crappy too!

2. Help to regular blood sugar (Helps to fight off diabetes)

Do I need to say more?

3. Helps to detox your liver

I know I’m not the only mama out there who needs a glass of wine (or two..or three..) after an especially exhausting day. Does this mean I can feel less guilty about getting my wine on?? Ain’t no shame in that game.

4. Helps to ease digestion

Holy moly! I cannot wait to see the effects of this one. As some of you may know, I truly struggle with my digestion and can get nauseous at the drop of a hat. Not very conducive with caring for kiddos. I’m also lactose intolerant and sensitive to gluten. I have tried to cut those things out of my diet but I seriously have issues during down some cheese with my wine (are we sensing a theme?).

5. Accelerates weight loss

Now what woman doesn’t want to shed a few extra pounds after downing that box or oreos. Don’t judge! You know you’ve been there too. I am making an effort to not keep junk in the house so it doesn’t get eaten but that much easier said then done. ( Just keepin’ it real).

With all the amazing health benefits of ACV, I don’t see why everyone shouldn’t down those two tablespoons every morning.

I do realize that the taste is just deplorable BUT it keeps easier every day…promise.

Just remember that drinking straight ACV can burn your insides (ouch) so make sure you are diluting it with water. Eight ounces for every two tablespoons. We don’t want any holes growing inside of us.


I have been drinking Organic Apple Cider Vinegar, Raw, “With the Mother”. The mother is that chunky floating stuff at the bottom of the bottle which is where all the amazing nutrients are. Shake that bad boy up and go for it!

 

I buy mine at my local grocery store but if you don’t have time to go there, or just want that bad boy delivered to your door, Amazon is always there for you.
